To return an item you must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and we will provide you with one and the address where the package has to be sent. Request for RA # should be done at email@example.com. Please mark the appropriate reason for your return as well as your intention, Exchange or Refund in the invoice/packing list we sent to you. Enclose one copy of the packing list or invoice with the item. Be sure to keep one copy of the packing list or invoice for your personal records.

We do our best to render images complete with texture and pattern as true to form as possible. As various monitors render colors differently, we recommend that you order swatches to ascertain whether the color you see online will best suit your dé cor.

Sales tax is only charged when an order is shipped to a state where we have a company office.  At present we have an office in New Jersey and sales tax is charged to orders that are shipped to New Jersey.
